What we collect and why

  • Orders: your name, delivery address, phone number, email address, order details and notes. We use them to prepare and deliver your order, contact you about it, take payment and keep business records.
  • Messages: information you send us by WhatsApp, email or website forms, to reply to you.
  • Website use: technical information such as your IP address, browser and pages visited. It is collected through cookies and similar tools, including WooCommerce cart and order-attribution cookies, website analytics (Google Site Kit) and security logs, to run, secure and improve the site.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, email and messaging services, and analytics provider, and only as needed. Some of these providers, including Google, may store information outside Australia. We do not sell your personal information.

Marketing

We only send promotional messages where you have agreed to receive them, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Keeping, accessing and correcting your information

We keep order records for as long as we need them for the purposes above and to meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations. You can ask to access or correct your information, or raise a privacy concern, by contacting us on WhatsApp 0430 021 380. We will respond within a reasonable time.
