Last updated 25 October 2026. These terms apply to orders placed on noshnuqta.com.au with Nosh Nuqta, Perth, Western Australia.

  1. Menu and availability. Online orders can only be placed for dishes on the current weekly menu, for the delivery day shown. Quantities are limited. Ordering closes when the menu closes or a dish sells out.
  2. Prices. Prices are in Australian dollars and are the price you pay for each dish. The delivery fee (A$5, free on food orders of A$50 or more) and the order total are shown at checkout before you place your order.
  3. Your order. After you place an order you receive an email acknowledging it. We confirm the order on WhatsApp after checking it. If we cannot fulfil all or part of an order, we tell you and you will not be charged for anything we cannot supply.
  4. Payment (Pay Later). No card payment is taken on the website. You pay in cash on delivery or by bank transfer to our business account, using the details we send with your confirmation. An order is recorded as paid only once we receive your payment.
  5. Delivery. We deliver only to the suburbs listed on our Delivery page. Delivery times may vary.
  6. Changes and cancellations. Contact us as early as possible. A team member reviews every change or cancellation request.
  7. Allergies. We cannot guarantee that any dish is free from allergens. Please contact us before ordering if you have an allergy or dietary requirement. Dish photos are illustrative.
  8. Problems with an order. See our Refunds and order problems page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
